Update: Tulip has sadly passed away. She left this world gently in her sleep, surrounded by love. She is valued and never forgotten. Tulip is someone, not something.

Tulip was rescued from severe neglect by the RSPCA. She endured months of rehabilitation before arriving at Where Pigs Fly Farm Sanctuary. Tulip slowly realised that no one would treat her the way that humans in her past did. No one would traumatise her further. Humans had already failed her, so this took time.

Tulip remains shy with most volunteers and visitors at the sanctuary but has bonded with and trusts sanctuary co-founder, Jamie. Tulip has
plenty of sheep and goat friends but truly flourished when alpacas Lola and Herman arrived at the sanctuary. The trio are the best of friends.
