General Information for Visitors
Children under 8 are not permitted on our premium tours. When booking for younger visitors, please select the appropriate children’s tour, as we cannot make exceptions. Unfortunately, toddlers and prams are not allowed in the adult animals’ paddocks on long tours.
Ensure you have booked the correct tour date and time. Where Pigs Fly Farm Sanctuary cannot refund or transfer tickets if you book incorrectly or can no longer attend.
Please note that Where Pigs Fly is not a petting zoo. We ask that you allow animals to approach you on their own terms, refrain from picking up or chasing them, keep noise to a minimum, and only feed them what is provided by your tour guide.
Farm Safety and Security
Sign in upon arrival and out when leaving at the visitor register located in the Welcome Barn. Visitors will receive a lanyard, which must be worn at all times.
If you’ve been on another rural property, overseas, or had contact with sick animals recently, please contact us at hello@wherepigsfly.org] to discuss your visit.
No smoking is allowed on the premises or along the perimeter to ensure fire safety.
Our staff reserve the right to ask visitors to leave at their discretion.
Tour Cancellations
Tours occur in all weather conditions but may be canceled due to extreme fire danger. Check your email before your scheduled tour for notifications.
