A few months ago we rescued a horse from rural NSW who arrived in such a severe state of neglect that we weren’t sure he would survive. Freddie had suffered long-term starvation.
Annie was rescued in November 2022 along with her buddy, Bob the donkey. For many many years, Annie and Bob had been confined to a small round yard with limited space. The yard was so small, Annie couldn’t stretch her legs, graze freely, or socialise.
