Henry arrived at Where Pigs Fly as a newborn lamb, orphaned just hours after birth on a sheep farm in regional NSW. The sanctuary team took him in and hand-raised him, providing the care and attention he needed to survive and thrive.
As he’s grown, Henry has developed a loveable and quirky personality who is particularly fond of human interaction and never misses an opportunity for cuddles. This social nature likely stems from his early hand-raising experience.
Henry spends his days exploring the sanctuary grounds with other rescued sheep, but always makes time to come say hello when he spots familiar faces. Despite his challenging start to life, he’s grown into a confident and affectionate sheep who shows visitors how unique and personable these animals can be. Look at Henry’s smile.
