Senior pig, Ruby, has been a much loved member of her human family since she was a baby piglet. Sadly, her family’s living arrangements changed and they were desperately looking for a forever home for Ruby to live out her life. Where Pigs Fly took Ruby in at the sanctuary and gave her a loving home. Ruby has settled in very well, met lots of new friends and quickly learned all the routines. 

Sixteen-year-old Ruby is the sweetest and most affectionate being you will ever meet. She is always the first to approach humans, usually looking for food. Normally, she walks quite slowly around the grounds but Ruby can turn on a sprint when food treats are involved.  Ruby’s family are still very much involved in her life and come out to visit her whenever they can.
